Community Events

Mental health shouldn't be something you have to navigate alone.

That’s why we host free community events (in-person & virtually) that bring people together to connect, learn, and practice one practical, evidence-based mental health skill at a time. These gatherings are designed for adults from all walks of life, and create supportive spaces where we can challenge stigma, reduce shame, and learn practical tools that many of us were never taught. While not a replacement for therapy, they offer a meaningful starting point and resources to keep the mental health journey going beyond the event.

How is this helpful?

Community events are powerful opportunities to raise mental health awareness and reduce stigma. By sharing practical tools and expert insights, we help participants better understand mental health challenges and empower them to take actionable steps toward well-being. We believe healing doesn’t have to happen alone—and that mental health support should be as universal and welcoming as a public library.

“guts recently presented a ‘Tools for a Calmer Mind seminar’ for older adults at [our] Senior Center…I asked Jenn if she could bring a seminar to our community to help older adults who experience anxiety and worry, and she exceeded my expectations. The content of the seminar was excellent and she created a welcoming, safe, friendly environment. She shared anecdotal stories that helped her connect with the participants and provided multiple science-backed tools that attendees could easily implement toward feeling more calm, present, and in control…Attendees immediately asked if Jenn would offer another seminar soon.”
