Mental health shouldn't be something you have to navigate alone.
That’s why we host free community events both in-person and online so people can connect, learn, and try one practical, science-backed skill at a time. These gatherings welcome adults from all backgrounds and create supportive spaces where we can challenge stigma, let go of shame, and learn tools many of us were never taught.
While not a replacement for therapy, they offer a meaningful starting point for an ongoing mental health journey.

Our community events are powerful spaces to talk openly about mental health and reduce stigma. We share practical tools and real expert advice so everyone leaves feeling understood and ready to take small, doable steps toward feeling better.
Healing is far easier done in community- and we believe this kind of support should be as easy and open as walking into a public library.
