One of our core goals is to get evidence-based mental health tools to the community for free. These visuals are designed to help you follow along, practice, and put strategy into action. Each set (flyer, infographic, & worksheet) is paired with an episode of our Spill Your Guts podcast. Most of these science-backed tools are informed by Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT; Linehan, 1993, 2015) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT; Hayes et al., 2012).
